Your ingredient lists stay on your device
The checker runs entirely in your browser. When you paste an ingredient list, the analysis happens locally, in your device's memory. That text is never transmitted to us, never stored on a server, and never shared.
Email sign-ups
If you enter your email to receive our printable ratings cheat sheet or updates, we store that address to send you what you requested. We don't sell it, and you can have it deleted anytime by emailing hello@comedogenic-checker.com.
Anonymous usage analytics
We may record anonymous, aggregated events (for example, that a check was run) to understand which features help. These never include the contents of your ingredient list and aren't tied to your identity.
Cookies
We use minimal browser storage to remember interface state within a session. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
